Our Plans
Platinum Plus
Platinum Plus is the plan with up to 20 Mbps download and up to 2 Mbps upload speeds. Customer premise equipment (CPE) will be configured with these speeds for whole time of service. There is monthly capacity of 150 GB. Once the customer reaches this maximum usage in a billed month, additional usage is charged with $1 per GB. This plan guarantees the same high-speed during subscription. The customer starts its billing month on the day of the subscription. Monthly capacity is refilled with new 150 GB on this day each month.
Unlimited Platinum
Unlimited Platinum is the plan with up to 20 Mbps download and up to 2 Mbps upload speeds. CPE will be configured with these speeds till the monthly threshold of 150 GB is reached. Once the customer reaches this maximum usage in a billed month, the speed is reduced to “Unlimited Rescue” (i.e. 2 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up) till the new threshold of 100 GB is reached. After the customer uses another 100 GB (e.g. 150 + 100 = 250 GB) in the billed month, the speed is reduced to “Unlimited Anchor” (i.e. 1 Mbps down and 0.25 Mbps up). This plan guarantees the same price no matter how many GB are used. The customer starts its billing month on the day of the subscription. Monthly threshold is refilled with new 150 GB on this day each month.
Unlimited Gold
Unlimited Gold is the plan with up to 15 Mbps download and up to 1 Mbps upload speed. CPE will be configured with this speed till the monthly threshold of 400 GB is reached. Once the customer reaches this maximum usage in a billed month, the speed is reduced to “Unlimited Rescue” (i.e. 2 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up) till the new threshold of 100 GB is reached. After the customer uses another 100 GB (e.g. 400 + 100 = 500 GB) in a billed month, the speed is reduced to “Unlimited Anchor” (i.e. 1 Mbps down and 0.25 Mbps up). This plan guarantees the same price no matter how many GB are used. The customer starts his billing month on the day of the subscription. Monthly threshold is refilled with new 400 GB on this day each month.
Unlimited Silver
Unlimited Silver is the plan with up to 10 Mbps download and up to 1 Mbps upload speed. CPE will be configured with this speed till the monthly threshold of 300 GB is reached. Once the customer reaches this maximum usage in a billed month, the speed is reduced to “Unlimited Rescue” (i.e. 2 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up) till the new threshold of 100 GB is reached. After the customer uses another 100 GB (e.g. 300 + 100 = 400 GB) in a billed month, the speed is reduced to “Unlimited Anchor” (i.e. 1 Mbps down and 0.25 Mbps up). Unlimited Bronze
Unlimited Bronze is the plan with up to 5 Mbps download and up to 1 Mbps upload speed. CPE will be configured with this speed till the monthly threshold of 200 GB is reached. Once the customer reaches this maximum usage in a billed month, the speed is reduced to “Unlimited Rescue” (i.e. 2 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up) till the new threshold of 100 GB is reached. After the customer uses another 100 GB (e.g. 200 + 100 = 300 GB) in a billed month, the speed is reduced to “Unlimited Anchor” (i.e. 1 Mbps down and 0.25 Mbps up). This plan guarantees the same price no matter how many GB are used. The customer starts his billing month on the day of the subscription. Monthly threshold is refilled with new 200 GB on this day each month.
Unlimited Rescue and Anchor
Plans “Unlimited Rescue” and “Unlimited Anchor” are not provided as a chosen plan for customers. They are used when monthly threshold is reached at an assigned plan.
Unlimited Rescue: 2 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up, Threshold 100 GB
